… Okay, maybe Project: Sausage didn’t start until 2024, but my story started in 1985. I’ve been on this planet for almost 40 years and for a lot of those years, I’ve been searching for the very best in food and drink. This whole industry is meant to be shared and enjoyed, and that’s exactly what I want for my projects.
